I don’t know much about the town of Princess Anne except that it is home to Beach to Bay Seafood Company.
I went there on a whim one afternoon and have been going back at least once a week to either eat there or get something to go. It’s THAT good.
The restaurant itself is spotless and the fish is ALWAYS fresh. Their New England Clam Chowder is the absolute best and you can buy it hot-to-go or frozen for later consumption – either way it’s really good – chock full of clams and potatoes.
Grouper is excellent as is the grilled tuna. Oh, they have the best slaw too – it’s not the mayo laden, flavorless cabbage that I am usually presented with on the Eastern Shore – no offense but food down here is characterized by its heaviness and the statement, “Drag some hog through it and it’s dinner”.
The only thing is that Beach to Bay doesn’t have coffee and I drink a lot of coffee.
